- Who can apply?
- Yuva Shakti between 18 and 30 years of age who have never been to Cabella before, are established in Sahaja Yoga, and for whom the cost of travel is a genuine barrier.
- What does the grant cover?
- The fund provides direct financial support towards flight and visa expenses. Accommodation — food and stay — is subsidised separately by the Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi World Foundation.
- Which event is this for?
- We are collecting funds from this Ganesha Puja onwards, with the goal of welcoming our first group of supported Yuva Shakti to Cabella for the two weeks encompasing Krishna Puja & Ganesha Puja 2027. Exact dates will be confirmed here.
- I have been to Cabella before — can I apply?
- Not at the moment. The fund is currently only for first-time visitors, so that as many Yuva Shakti as possible can have that first experience.
- Do I have to cover part of the cost myself?
- Not necessarily. The form asks how much of the travel cost you could contribute — 0%, 15%, 30%, 50%, or an amount of your own. Asking for full funding does not weaken your application; answer honestly.
- I do not have a passport yet.
- That is fine. The form lets you say that you are in the process of getting one, and asks for the estimated cost so it can be taken into account.
- I need a visa for Italy.
- Also fine. Tell us whether you need a Schengen visa, whether you already hold one, and the estimated cost. Visa expenses are part of what the fund is intended to help with.
- I do not have a local or national coordinator.
- Give the name and contact details of a coordinator from another collective anywhere in the world who knows you personally.
- Why do you ask for a video?
- Because a form cannot show us who you are. Three to five minutes of you speaking about your journey in Sahaj tells us far more than any written answer, and it is the part of the application we look forward to most.
- What happens after I apply?
- We read every application together with your video, we may e-mail you if something important is missing, and may contact the coordinator and family member you named. Every applicant is informed of the outcome by e-mail.
- When will I hear back?
- The application deadline and the date decisions are sent will be published on this page. Whatever the outcome, you will hear from us by e-mail.
- How is the fund financed?
- Entirely through donations from the collective, gathered through our GoFundMe. Every contribution goes towards bringing a Yuva Shakti to Cabella.
- How is my personal information used?
- Only for the selection process for this grant. The form asks for your explicit consent before you submit.
